Best Tricks for Hiding Cords
Living in a historic rental can sometimes mean outlets aren’t always in the most obvious places… luckily, there are loads of ways to conceal those pesky cords and keep your home looking sleek and stylish! Check out our guide below with products you can buy and ways to use what you already own to keep the cord clutter to a minimum!
I love this plug, it allows you to put the furniture as close to the wall as possible while still offering the option to plug-in electronics and access them easily! Space-saving and functional!
These are a really great option if you’re trying to keep cords from falling loosely over your furniture, a mantel, etc. Just beware that the adhesive is a little tough to get off and can require some elbow grease come move-out day (hello, Goo-Gone!)
For a quick fix that’s easily removable, you can’t go wrong with these cord clips. You’ll still have the cords accessible, they keep them in line and you can easily stick these to the baseboard, side of a credenza, and more!
You can also use a cute basket in your entertainment center to manage the clutter. We use a woven one for our internet modem and those huge cords that come along with it! It’s concealed and blends in with our decor!
