We are so thrilled that you have chosen to make your home with us. We put together some information below that will help make your move-in process as smooth as possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions during this time!

Getting Set Up on Rentredi

This is the first and most important thing to do! You will use Rentredi to pay your rent, submit maintenance requests, and more.

Payments – You will need to enter your payment information in Rentredi before your first month's rent is due. You will have the choice to auto-draft or receive a reminder email each month.

If you have roommates, you can also set it up to where you both have accounts that pay rent.

Psst: Per your lease, if you have not paid in full by the 3rd of the month, you will be charged a $5 late fee per day. If you ever need to make a late payment, please send a message to us on the 1st explaining the circumstances.

Maintenance – You can submit maintenance requests via Rentredi and we will handle the request in a timely manner.

Forms - We will upload a copy of the signed lease agreement.

Additional Things to Know

Utilities – You are required to have all utilities in the home turned on effective your move in date. This includes power, water, internet, gas (if applicable), and trash. Below is a list of local providers:

Trash – You should have two blue trash cans and one green trash can at your house upon move in. Please let us know if that is not the case. The trash schedule for the neighborhood can be found here.

Landscaping/Lawn Care – Your lawn will be mowed twice a month and flowerbeds will be cleaned out once a month. If you feel like the yard has been neglected, please fill out a maintenance request! We encourage our tenants to plant and take care of the flowerbeds, if they are so suited. If you decide to plant a garden the upkeep will be your responsibility.

Rental Insurance – It is up to the renter to decide if you would like rental insurance. We encourage it!
